One of the Nicest Homes We've Stayed In
This is one of the nicest homes we have had the privilege to stay in. We are a family of seven with age ranges from a 2 yr old girl, 7 yr old boy, three young adults in their 20s and 30s and nana and papa. Our search was long and extensive to find "The One" for us to accommodate everyone's tastes and needs for our Universal trip. We had stayed at Windsor Hills prior for our Disney trip and were impressed. And while the drive to Universal is farther than Disney, we all agreed the community here couldn't be beat. At first we went back and forth on choosing this particular home because it seemed to be more house than we needed but I'm so glad we jumped on it. (That extra room came in handy as you will read later in this review.) Quickly (because bedroom layout was important to me) the only BR downstairs is nicely furnished with a queen sized bed and large TV (very nice sized tvs in every room.) Our single 25 yr old son was happy to have his own space. The bathroom outside that room is the only one on the lower level. This bedroom sits poolside and right by the poolside living room. Upstairs was fun and the layout was GREAT! You will find two king sized beds with en-suites on either ends of the hallway. The Frozen bunk room was next to one of the king rooms. A Moana double sink bathroom. Then the two twins Harry Potter room, The Star Wars Bunk room, then the other king size room. All the kids' rooms were filled with costumes, toys and dress up items according to the theme of the room which was a HUGE hit especially for the 2 year old (princess dresses.) We were thoroughly impressed with the thought that went into these bedrooms. Downstairs had two living spaces. The more formal one when you walk in the door is elegant and pretty (no tv) and was a nice space for nana to sit with her coffee when she was the first one up. The poolside living space was very comfy with large couches, huge tv and ample dining space in the kitchen. The kitchen had more than enough cooking utensils, cookware, glasses, dinnerware etc. Outside was fabulous from the ample lounging options to the large television on a swivel mount hung over the ginormous dining table. We couldn't have been happier with the outdoor space. Having the pool and hot tub right outside was very convenient and a huge hit for us all. The game room wasn't used by us as much as I thought it would be. I was looking for a game room to meet the wants for all of us and realized halfway through our stay the arcade type basketball hoop shown in the pics wasn't there but not a deal breaker; just an fyi. We did enjoy a few games of pool and air hockey though. Communication with the owners was amazing. Very responsive and helpful with any and all of our questions. We had one issue (no fault of the owners) where new neighbors were exceptionally loud past midnight and then again after 11pm the following night which disturbed my son in the lower level bedroom so the extra bedroom we had upstairs was perfect for him for sleeping purposes. For those with littles, per my daughter in law, Nap time: if you have a portable baby monitor you could bring that might be helpful. Our two year old can sleep anywhere so she napped on the couch but if the concern is there with your littles being upstairs by themselves perhaps that's something to consider. Also the stairs. We thought maybe a gate of some sort could have been helpful. But that's just us. Our two year old loved that princess room so much she kept wandering up the stairs (nicely padded carpet) to play in there. Overall, highly recommend and would definitely stay again if we ever make our way to that area and had a need for a larger home.

Magical getaway
The rooms were amazing, my daughter turned 3 on the vaca and she played in the frozen room every chance she got! My nephew enjoyed the Star Wars room. It was actually too big of a house for just the 5 of us, but we had so much room to spread out! Would recommend to anyone!

Fantastic home, fantastic location
Fantastic home – Fantastic location I have just returned from a two week holiday in this beautiful villa. I had the whole family there so needed somewhere where we could all be comfortable. There were 11 of us (5 adults & 6 kids ranging from 2 to 9). I found the booking process simple and Jonathan & Caroline were excellent hosts with prompt responses to emails and messages when I needed any information. The villa has everything you would need to have a great time after visiting the parks. There are fabulous TVs in every room including the pool area. The wifi worked fantastically well. There was plenty of space for everyone to do their own thing! The pool Is big and has a lovely hot tub attached. The pool was heated and was at a lovely temperature. The pool furniture was plentiful for all of us to sit in comfort for meals and to sunbathe if you get the chance! There was no shortage of the essentials like crockery, cutlery, glassware, towels etc. Windsor Hills is a great resort and very secure with a guarded gated entry system. The location was great, 10 to 15 minute drive depending on traffic from the Disney Parks and 30 minutes to Universal. The villa really helped us relax (as much as you can with 6 young kids) after visiting the parks and I would highly recommend this villa as a fantastic base when you are visiting Orlando. First time with all 8 grandchildren and adults
What a great way to spend a week with 14 family members with eight grandchildren from the ages of 2 to 16. The pool was a great touch. The house had everything that we needed. It was very close to everything would definitely rent again thank you oh and also when we had any questions big or small they got right back to us, they were very helpful.

Family vacation
We just returned from a week stay and the house was very clean and simply decorated for the season. We had 4 adults a 3yr old and 6m old. Baby gear was provided with home and this helped so much. The kitchen is well stocked. The 4 bathrooms were stocked with plenty of quality towels and beach towels are provided as well. We used the heated pool all but one day. The drive to Disney parks is less than 10 minutes and universal is 20-30 minutes depending on traffic. I 100% recommend this house and hope to stay again.

A Very Nice Place
We had a great time at your place! The "grands" loved the themed bedrooms and the pool at the house. The game room was great and televisions galore. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and dishes to use. The resort pool was nice too. There was plenty to do to without going to the theme parks or you could just relax. (The white couch in the family room was very comfortable!). Overall we had a wonderful time and I would recommend this place! We hope to visit again in the future.

A Fantastic Time !!
Just back from 13 nights at Disney Dream Palace, the villa was lovely, clean, spacious and well equipped, there were 12 of us , 6adults & 6 children ranging from 3-11, the kids loved the games room and the themed bedrooms and of course the lovely pool ….the pool and club house on the resort was fantastic and a short walk away, the villa was well placed to access all the Disney parks, being a couple of miles away….all in all we’ve all had a fantastic time and I would highly recommend Disney dream Palace …..

Amazing home away from home
We spent 10 nights in the Disney dream palace and would love to come again one day. All the rooms were a great size, and really comfy. The entire property was well equipped and I will never forget my daughter’s face seeing the frozen themed bedroom. Jonathan and Caroline were incredibly helpful from start to finish and always quick to respond to any queries we had.

Fabulous stay!
Absolutely fabulous stay with Stay Magical and already planning to return back to one of their homes! We stayed with 4 children (youngest age 1 and oldest 13) and 4 adults. Great location, gorgeous house and customer service was spot on. The pool area down at Windsor hills is a fabulous addition and really helps with down time in between your activities, if you’re looking for a change of scenery from the villa.
